This is your time and your health - please arrive on-time, focused and ready.  If you cannot make your scheduled appointment, please offer 24 hours notice by telephone only. If you cancel within 24 hours of scheduled time, you will be charged the full cost of your session. Please call (no e-mail) should you need to cancel within 24 hours. Please arrive ten minutes early for your appointment to get centered and fill out consent for care and health infomation if you haven’t already.

The time we set aside for your appointment is completely yours. If you are late to your session, you are missing out on your massage time. The session will end at the time scheduled and the full cost of the session is expected as the time was set aside for you. Payment due at time of session. Massage is a contact sport, if you are feeling sick or have a contagious condition, massage can worsen your condition, not to mention putting the therapist and others at risk - please be mindful and reschedule your appointment if you are ill.
